THE APPLICATION of JOSEPH KIMANI NJOROGE AND ALICE WANGARI KIMANI, of P.O. Box 14502-00800, Nairobi, SHOWS as follows:
1. THAT the Applicants are Joseph Kimani Njoroge and Alice Wangari Kimani, a married Kenyan couple aged 38 and 36 respectively, resident in Nairobi, and that by reason thereof they are persons eligible to make this application under section 186 of the Children Act (Cap. 141).
2. THAT the child the subject of this application is Baby J.W., female, born on or about 3 March 2024, declared free for adoption by Little Angels Adoption Society, and the Applicants pray that the child be adopted.
