TAKE NOTICE that this Honourable Court will be moved on the ______ day of ____________ 20____ at 9.00 o'clock in the forenoon or so soon thereafter as counsel for the Applicant may be heard for ORDERS:
1. THAT the Applicant be released on bail or bond pending the hearing and determination of the criminal case named in the caption hereof, namely Chief Magistrate's Court at Kibera, Criminal Case No. E884 of 2026, on the following terms: bond of KES 300,000 with one surety of similar amount, or cash bail of KES 100,000; and reporting to Kilimani Police Station every Monday.
