I, JOSEPH KAMAU NJENGA, declare this to be a codicil to my will dated 12 March 2019 ("my will").
1. I revoke the gift in my will of Title No. Kiambu/Gatundu/1150 to my late brother Samuel Njenga.
2. I give Title No. Kiambu/Gatundu/1150 to my daughter Lucy Wanjiku Kamau absolutely.
3. I appoint David Njenga Kamau to be an executor of my will, to act jointly with the executor or executors named in it.
4. In all other respects I confirm my will, including the residuary gift to my wife.

- Law of Succession Act Cap 160 — s.11 (signed by the testator and attested by two or more competent witnesses), s.13 (a gift to an attesting witness or the witness's spouse is void unless two more independent witnesses attest), ss.17 and 18 (a will may be altered or revoked by a later will or codicil declaring that intention), s.26 (reasonable provision for dependants)
