Thank you for your enquiry. You have asked us for a fee proposal for: Defending Milimani Commercial Court Civil Suit No. E330 of 2026 up to judgment.
Our fee is a staged fixed fee, as follows:
1. KES 250,000 to close of pleadings;
2. KES 400,000 for trial;
3. KES 150,000 for submissions.
The total of the staged fees is KES 800,000.
