THIS DEED OF VARIATION is made on the ______ day of ____________ 20____ BETWEEN Kilimo Fresh Exports Limited of [Party A postal address] AND Coastal Cold Chain Limited of [Party B postal address] (together "the Parties").
1. Principal Agreement
The Parties are parties to the Cold Storage Services Agreement dated 1 March 2025 ("the Principal Agreement").
2. Variations
With effect from 1 November 2026, the Principal Agreement is varied as follows:
(a) Clause 4.1 is varied by increasing the monthly fee from KES 450,000 to KES 520,000.
(b) Clause 9.2 is varied by extending the termination notice period from 30 days to 90 days.
3. Confirmation
Save as varied by this Deed, the Principal Agreement remains in full force and effect and is read together with this Deed.
