We act for Mavuno Agro-Processors Limited, the above named, and have been instructed to address you as follows:
Our client's claim against you is for unpaid invoices for goods supplied and delivered. Between 3 March 2025 and 27 June 2025 our client supplied and delivered packaged maize flour to you under Invoice Nos. MAP-0142 to MAP-0158, totalling KES 2,450,000. Under the parties' supply arrangement, payment fell due within 30 days of each invoice.
