THIS GUARANTEE is given on the ______ day of ____________ 20____ by MARGARET ACHIENG ODHIAMBO ("the Guarantor") to Harambee Credit Bank Limited ("the Beneficiary") in respect of the obligations of Odhiambo Fresh Produce Limited ("the Principal Debtor").
1. The obligation
This instrument covers all present and future sums due under the overdraft facility letter dated 2 September 2026, including further advances ("the Guaranteed Obligation").
2. Guarantee
This is a guarantee (secondary obligation). The Guarantor guarantees to the Beneficiary that the Principal Debtor will pay and perform the Guaranteed Obligation. If the Principal Debtor does not pay a sum when it is due, the Guarantor will pay it on the Beneficiary's written demand.
