RE: MOMBASA HIGH COURT CIVIL SUIT NO. E101 OF 2026 — OFFER OF SETTLEMENT
We act for Coast Water Services Limited.
We are instructed to make the following offer in full and final settlement of the dispute, without any admission of liability:
1. Our client will accept KES 1,200,000 from Nyali Beach Resort Limited in settlement of the disputed water bills, payable in two equal instalments of KES 600,000 on 30 November 2026 and 31 December 2026.
2. Our client will withdraw the disconnection notice once the first instalment is paid.
