The insured suffered a fire on 14 May 2026 at its warehouse at Industrial Area, Enterprise Road, which destroyed stock. The fire brigade report and the loss adjuster's report dated 30 June 2026 confirm that an electrical fault caused the fire. The loss is covered by the policy and the amount claimed is KES 23,400,000.
